excellent location, clean comfortable rooms.

The hotel either would not, or could not facilitate a request to use the internet so that we could check in online for our return flights. Small item in the greater scheme of things, but it would have been more convenient.

Sumptuous buffet breakfast!! Lovely room! Your kindness and help when I collapsed at breakfast on May 14th and the help you provided my wife when she had to book an additional night while I was in hospital. My particular thanks to Elizabeth Stevens for her thoughtfulness during our trying ordeal. We hope to stay at the Mercure on a future Paris trip.

Our room had a very clean bed and an absolutely stunning view. Paris dans la tete Mural was centrally located next to the hotel. Plus, it was next to a Chinese Restaurant, transport and halal food and tour bus.

great service but minor room limitations

The customer care is really good, especially with staff like Marion, who goes above and beyond . The breakfast offered is excellent, with a variety of delicious options that set it apart from other places in the area.

The room size can feel a bit cramped for families with children.

Too many corridors at times I felt as though I was in a rabbit warren

I loved the thoughtful birthday gift of complimentary drinks and the spacious room with a long balcony overlooking the train station. The trendy interior design and friendly staff added to our nice stay.

The units are immaculate, spotless with nice bathroom as well as beautiful furnished.

It was centrally located in a safe area.

Excellent proximity to Gare du Nord.

Untrained staff resulted in awkward interactions.

Hotel reception very efficient, although extremely busy and patient due to current travel conditions. Comfortable bed. Quite room, nicely furnished. Excellent location opposite station.

Ensuite bathroom sink was badly damaged on the surface, which detracted from an otherwise good room. The lifts and some of the reception areas needed modernising. Signage in hotel was poor for breakfast etc. and no literature in room explaining where this would take place.

Staff were flexible and allowed me to check in early. Room was comfortable with good clean bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Brilliant location next to Gare de Nord. Would stay there again.

Charming stay with unbeatable location

Our family with children enjoyed a good stay. The quirky decor added character, and the service was attentive, especially with breakfast made to order. For families, I recommend requesting a kettle in advance for convenience. Grab pastries from the nearby boulangerie for a tasty treat.

Close to Paris Nord station where I arrived in the evening.

Bar was so crowded that it was not possible to have a quick drink and snack there.
